Anna Ash + Tom Conneely & Birds of Paradise - Concert at Slide Ranch!

Join us in the garden at Slide Ranch for a special midsummer evening of music with Anna Ash and Tom Conneely & Birds of Paradise on Friday, July 17th! Before the show begins, set up your picnic blanket in the garden overlooking the Pacific, and then explore the Ranch, say hello to the goats and chickens, and hike down our coastal trails to the shoreline. At 6:00pm, we will gather under the cypress tree in the garden for the show! Bring a picnic dinner, your dancing shoes, and enjoy the magic and joy of the coast in summertime as the sun lowers to the Pacific horizon. Carpooling is required. 

Anna Ash writes songs of profound, startling, sensuous insight. Her music finds itself somewhere between country, indie folk, and rock n’ roll. Looking through Ash’s lens, California becomes a kind of mystic fever dream, fading in and out of view. 

Tom Conneely & Birds of Paradise are a twang-driven rock and roll outfit from San Francisco, California. Their music is driven by practiced song craft and guitar driven exploration steeped in the Bakersfield sound. The Bird's blend of hypnotic twang and Beach Boys inspired harmony has sold out shows across the west coast.

WHAT TO BRING: 

• Bring extra layers! Slide is located on the coast and experiences weather variations, from golden sun to shrouding fog – bring layers to stay comfortable throughout the evening 

• Comfortable walking shoes 

• Waterbottle 

• A picnic blanket and/or chairs. Larger chairs will be asked to sit farther back 

• A picnic! 

“Doors” open at 4:30pm. Music at 6:00pm. 

PLEASE CARPOOL! Slide Ranch has very limited parking, so carpooling is necessary. You may park at the overlook on HWY 1, and carpool to Slide from there.

Looking for added adventure? Hike in 1 mi on the Owl Trail from the Muir Beach Overlook. 

Please note that dogs are not allowed at Slide Ranch. Please leave your pups at home for this one. 

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are refundable if your cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event, minus a $15 per ticket fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.  Tickets cannot be transferred to a different event.
