Fall Equinox Triple Bath Retreat at Slide Ranch!

Immerse yourself in deep renewal at Slide Ranch’s Triple Bath Retreat for the Fall Equinox on Sunday, September 20 from 12-4:30pm, led by Sandra Bowling (LMFT) and João Paulo Pereira (E-RYT 500). This restorative experience will guide you through three powerful cleansing practices: a grounding forest bath among cypress and wildflowers, a refreshing Pacific ocean cleanse, and an expert-led sound bath in our coastal yurt. The experience will begin with gentle stretching and somatic guidance to wake up the body before a short walk to the forest. Embrace the balance of the changing season in this intimate, nature-based retreat. We hope you can join us for this journey of relaxation and presence.
Arrival and check in from 11:30–11:45am. While the guided experience will take place from noon to 4:30pm, we invite all attendees to come early and stay after, to make the most out of your retreat on this beautiful land. The site is open from sunrise to sunset. Provisions will be provided during the retreat (fruit, nuts, snack platter, etc). We encourage eating a nourishing and hardy meal before the retreat begins.
This retreat will include walking between the three bath locations and down to the coast, on uneven terrain and trails that are steep in some sections. Wear comfortable outdoor walking shoes.
COST: This event is sliding scale, in order to make it more accessible. Please pick the price that represents your ability to pay. The full price for the event is $200, and we ask that you reserve low income tickets for those who cannot pay the full ticketed price. The supportive and sponsorship ticket prices help subsidize the cost of the event and support Slide Ranch environmental education programming. Thank you!

Cancellation and Change Policy: Tickets are refundable, if your cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the event/program/workshop, minus a $15 fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event/program/workshop WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. Tickets cannot be transferred to a different event.
