Winter Feast at Slide Ranch: Saturday, February 7, 2026

We’ll start with a sunset happy hour on the bluffs, where you can sip local wine or a seasonal cocktail, enjoy farm-fresh bites, and immerse yourself in the sweeping ocean views.

As the light fades, we’ll gather inside our Farm to Table Teaching Center, overlooking the Pacific and warmed by conversation and candlelight. Chef Lily will prepare a vibrant, multi-course meal that celebrates the flavors of the season - featuring wine pairings and fresh produce from our gardens plus ingredients sourced from local farms.

With just 30 seats at the table, this special evening invites you to slow down, savor the winter harvest, and share in the spirit of Slide Ranch.

What to Bring

Bring layers!  Dinner will be indoors but, barring rain, we’ll be outside for happy hour and a desert campfire. Please dress according to the weather and remember to wear comfortable walking shoes, as the bluff happy hour hour and dining location are a brief walk from our parking area, on uneven terrain. It will likely be chilly in the evening.

 

What can I expect for the evening?  Menu details?

Our chef designs menus with the freshest, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, including items from Slide Ranch. The full menu itself will be a surprise. We know you’ll love it.

The evening includes cocktails and snacks on the bluffs. Then, guests will be seated in our Farm to Table Teaching Center with a farm-focused menu featuring produce at their peak ripeness.

The meal is an extended, multi-course experience with wine pairings, finishing with sweets and digestifs by the open fire, weather pending. NA options available.

We’ll wrap up by 9:00pm.


Tell me about the chef.

Chef Lily is a Chez Panisse trained local chef who has built her life around the art of feeding and nourishing people. Her food is artistic and delicious, and she creates immersive culinary collaborations with an array of artists, musicians, chefs and friends to bring to life truly unique sensuous experiences. She is our Slide Ranch partner chef.


Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?

We will have locally sourced, seasonal vegan, vegetarian and meat options as well as wheat free choices. We are not able to accommodate food allergies at this event, due to the family style nature of food service.
 

Parking and accessibility.

Please park in the parking lot off the driveway and walk down the hill past the barn, to the garden entrance for happy hour. The walk is about 5 minutes on an uneven dirt pathway.

Please do not drive past the residents only stop sign and (open) gate, unless you have an accessibility need. We have designated accessible parking next to our Farm to Table Center.

 

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are refundable if your cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event WILL NOT be eligible for a refund, but we will offer you a credit for a future event/program. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are ineligible for a refund or credit.
